A very positive outcome for the DEF Network Safety Meeting Place!

On 12th and 13th April, DEF Ouest, one of the DEF Network companies, organised the first edition of the Safety Meeting Place, in partnership with Centaure, a company specialised in road safety, in the latter’s premises.

What was on the programme? Choice of routes to discover 3 of the 9 complementary skills within the DEF Network: detection, smoke extraction and extinguishing, through interactive workshops and real trials.

The overall impression from this first edition was extremely positive, attended by more than 150 customers! Apart from discovering the DEF Network trades, customers were able to try out driving exercises in emergency situations, organised by Centaure, and even participate in a TV interview, via a studio set up on site, aiming to compile their expectations concerning tomorrow’s fire safety systems.
